Hey there fellow quilting enthusiasts! Gina here, your go-to quilting guru. Ever heard of “502 New Quilting Motifs“? It’s an absolutely stunning collection and hands down, one of the most comprehensive and neatly organized motif selections I’ve come across. Dive into a world of categories such as Children/Teens, Feathers, Flowers, and Hearts. Every time I need a dash of inspiration, I flip through these mesmerizing pages, and BOOM! – ideas overflow. ✨
Design Layout – A Peek Inside ️♀️
Each design radiates creativity and comes with clear indications for quilt implementation. Whether it’s a square block or a triangle, or even a fancy border corner, you’re covered. The best part? They even specify the exact quilted area size, ensuring a seamless fit for your unique quilt patches.
Design Dynamics
Spot a design with dashed lines? That’s a standalone masterpiece. However, designs meant for repetition like our beloved cables and feathers come with alignment dots, ensuring everything stays in line. Plus, for those who adore free-motion machine quilting, you’ll appreciate the clear START markings and arrows guiding your artistic journey!
Tech Lovers Rejoice ️
If you’re into computer-guided quilting machines, like the iconic Statler Stitcher or IntelliQuilter, guess what? Many designs come pre-digitized! Just check for a majestic “Q” next to the motif name. And the pricing? Absolutely reasonable, starting from as low as $5!
Size Matters
One feature I’m utterly smitten with is the Size Index. Hunting for a motif for a specific block size? This index has got your back. Dive into categorized sections, choose a size, and get greeted with a list of suitable designs. Easy peasy!
Why It’s A Must-Have
From intricate motifs to simple foundational pieces, there’s something for every quilter out there. Whether you’re hand quilting, machine quilting, or even using techy tools like the Janome 7700, “502 New Quilting Motifs” is an essential addition to your quilting collection. Trust me on this! ❤️
